When do memberships renew?
Quarterly memberships renew on the same date each quarter. Annual memberships renew yearly with automatic discounts applied.
How are items shipped?
All physical items ship worldwide! EU members receive items within 5-7 business days, international shipping takes 10-14 days. Shipping is included in membership fees. If anything changes, members will be notified.
Can I change my membership tier?
Absolutely! Upgrade or downgrade anytime through your account dashboard. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What if I need to pause my membership?
Life happens! Contact me via your member account and we can pause your membership for up to 3 months without penalty (one quarter). All memberships can be cancelled anytime before your billing cycle and before shipments go out. No hidden fees, no complicated processes. Just great art and good vibes.
Are the zines and items really exclusive?
Yes! Membership items are not sold individually and are produced in limited quantities only for club members. You can purchase catch up mail packages in our archive if you missed a month.
