How much does a commissioned piece cost?
Price depends on the size, complexity and time it takes to complete the piece. I’ll provide a quote once we’re aligned on the general direction of the piece after chatting! Typically, commissions start at 350,00 EUR (excl VAT, and shipping).
What is the process?
Fill out the form, and add any additional information via the attachments. I’ll get back to you with some questions or ask for a call so we can chat through your vision.
You’ll receive a quote with price (including shipping estimate), size, medium for the piece and tentative timeline (depends on the medium drying time).
Once signed and 50% non refundable deposit is received. I’ll start work on the concept drafts including colours and composition so we can have a look together.
Once agreed, 25% of the payment will be made so the piece can be worked on. I’ll send photos along the way to get temp checks.
The final 25% is made for the final piece with small iterations incorporated. After that and when the piece is dry (2-3 weeks depending on the medium), I’ll purchase insurance, package with care, and ship off the original to you!
How soon will it be finished?
We’ll look at the shipping dates, any deadlines you have (like a birthday or other occasion), as well as the complexity and medium together for an estimated timeline. My turnaround time is 5 weeks (less for smaller pieces like minis, more for large scale pieces (50cm+)).
